    • All legal paperwork handled before, during, and after the ceremony, including submission of your Notice of Intended Marriage. Flexible appointments available weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

    • A personalised planning session to guide you through the ceremony process with as much help as you need.

    • A fully customised ceremony script, written from scratch and tailored to your story and values - drafted, reviewed and perfected together.

    • Access to helpful vow-writing resources, plus hands on support if you’d like help crafting your vows.

    • Unlimited contact via email, phone, or text for questions or updates.

    • A final ceremony walkthrough within two weeks of the big day - online or onsite with your wedding party (if applicable).

    • Onsite rehearsal the day before

    • Professional ceremony delivery, typically 30 minutes in duration.

    • PA system provided, including microphone and AUX input to play your selected songs (for the entrance, signing, and exit).

    • Pre and post ceremony background music (15 minutes on either side).

    • Travel included for venues up to 50km from Harrisville

    • Early arrival on the day to coordinate with your vendors and warmly welcome your guests.

    • Help with writing your vows and support if needed. 

    • Unlimited contact for any questions or changes via email, phone, or text. 

    • Ceremony delivery on the day, relaxed, genuine, and professionally conducted (typically around 20–25 minutes). 

    • Portable PA system with microphone and AUX input to play your chosen songs (optional). 

    • Travel included for locations within 50km of Harrisville.

    • Complete preparation and lodgement of your Notice of Intended Marriage and all required forms with QLD Births, Deaths & Marriages

    • On-the-day performance of the legally mandated ceremony script (“I do” wording and declarations)

    • Provision for you to supply two witnesses (no officiant-sourced extras)

    • Official signing of all documents—sign, seal, and you’re officially married!

Vow Renewal Ceremony
